I have a 5-year degree in Electrical Engineering – Telecommunications, Electronics and Computers from the University of Oporto in Portugal. Also accomplished a 6-month course in Réseaux et Télécommunications from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l’Electronique et de ses Applications in France.

Started my professional career as a trainee in the largest IT Services & Telecom company in Portugal, followed by a successful experience as a Sales Representative and Key Account Manager, working on the SME market, in a Portuguese Telecommunications provider.

As a CRM Consultant, working for the biggest Portuguese IT Consulting company, I had the opportunity to specialise in Oracle Siebel CRM and be involved in the implementation of a significant number of CRM projects across many industries, including Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Public Sector, Energy and Telecommunications.

In 2012 moved from Lisbon to London (UK), to work for a boutique consulting specialised in Cloud applications. Cross trained in cloud solutions like Oracle CRM On Demand and Oracle Sales Cloud (Fusion CRM) and specialised in Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow CX).

Since 2013 I have been a lead consultant and manager on a specialist CRM/CX and BI consulting, delivering projects across various sectors, from Utilities and Professional Services, to High Education and Public Sector organisations.
