After an internship as a Solution Designer at Compta (IT Services & Telecom company), I had a very enriching experience in B2B sales, as a Sales Representative and Key Account Manager, for a Telecoms provider, in Portugal.

In 2007 I was recruited by Novabase as a Consultant. As part of the business solutions unit, I specialised in CRM solutions and was involved in a significant number of implementation projects across many industries, including Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Public Sector, Energy and Telecoms.

The consulting experience acquired in the biggest IT Consulting, Infrastructure and Managed Services company in Portugal, earned me a move to London (UK) in 2012, where I joined Enigen UK as a Senior Consultant focused on implementing CRM solutions in the cloud.

After establishing the CX practice at Enigen UK, I moved to Capventis (a consulting company focused in CRM, CX and BI), as a Senior Consultant. At Capventis I lead several implementation and transformation projects, across various sectors, helping organisations innovate and improve, by enabling enterprise applications.

Experience, expertise, specialism and leadership brought me into a management role. Since 2015 I’m a Senior Manager at Capventis, playing the roles of Head of CRM/CX practice and Head of Solutions Delivery UK – overseeing and managing engagements and implementation projects, as well as managing relationships with Partners and Customers.

I’m extremely focused on delivery quality and success, always advocating the right executive sponsorship, customer-centric design, innovative engineering/architecture, and the best specialist resources. I’m also a Customer Experience zealot, member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) and Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP).
